We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work.
14-day right of withdrawal
You can return any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
For hygiene and health reasons, products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, with the cellophane intact. Sealed perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned (Art. 59(1)(e) of the Italian Consumer Code), unless they are faulty.
How to return an item
- Email info@oudora.it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the standard withdrawal form below.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, well packed, ideally with a tracked service.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the cost of returning it is yours.
Refunds
Once we receive the items and check their condition, we refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait to issue the refund until the parcel reaches us. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us at info@oudora.it within 7 days of delivery, if possible with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. This does not affect your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
