These terms apply to every purchase made on oudora.it. Please read them before placing an order. By completing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
oudora.it is operated by Oudora SRL, Via Milazzo (“Oudora”, “we”). Contact: info@oudora.it.
2. Products
We sell original perfumes, home fragrances and body care products. We describe each product and show its photos as accurately as we can, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the images, and manufacturers sometimes update their packaging.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are the final price of the product. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Placing an order
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details, choose a payment method and confirm. After you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and process your payment. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
5. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, such as credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never receive your full card details.
6. Shipping
We ship to Italy and the European Union countries listed at checkout. Costs and delivery times are explained on our Shipping page. The risk of loss passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, receive the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, as provided by Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal or cellophane has been removed after delivery (Art. 59(1)(e)). 8. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers (Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code), which covers defects that appear within 2 years of delivery. If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@oudora.it and we will repair, replace or refund it.
9. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or strikes. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@oudora.it. We will do our best to resolve it.
